The XOOM and also the iPad 2 each come with the selection of 3G connection; the XOOM goes further and gives 4G because of Verizon's infrastructure. The Vega is restricted to WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, that will surely limit its appeal. Advent promises that a 3G version is in production, but won't be readily available for early adopters.
