This pisses me off because I have always bought my baby bags from them they provide a lifetime warranty on their stuff and when I bought a bag from them in 1998 it broke the friday before my son was born in 2001. replaced the bag and it only cost me $5 (the new bags had more stuff and costed $5 more) and it was to my door when I got home from the hospital.
