It began with a dream: “Last night I dreamt I went to Manderley again.” In fact, the whole story is like a dream, or rather a nightmare. Because the heroine always had too many imaginations, about how would her life be if something happened or didn’t happened, or how would Rebecca do when she was alive. And her imagination went far, far away, and rambled for several pages, and that always give me the ** that all those of her imaginations were truly happened while the reality became a dream.
