I highly recommend that everyone take advantage of this day of sales, but please do a little pre planning before you are off hitting the streets this holiday season. Carefully think about who you are buying for, write it down, and assign a budget to each individual. Look at that budget and go to the bank, ATM, your mattress and take this amount out in cash. This will prevent the urge to overspend, because when you run out of cash, you are done!
