Yes, I checked my criedt report and found out that there were bad checks on it from when a burglar had stolen a book of checks several years before, even though the forger had been caught and had paid for them, they had still been put on my criedt. Interesting, and corrected as soon as I could get a letter off to dispute the entry. Experian took care of it very quickly. All of the major criedt rating companies are required by law to give you a free report annually upon request.
