I have two cozy mysteries avbliaale in paperback and electronically. We went through Create Space from Amazon to publish the books. The Kindle, Nook, and other e-book sales have been far beyond my expectations. I keep the price low 99 cents for the first book and $2.99 for the second book. I am working on the third mystery of the series and will price that as $2.99 also. The royalty checks are nice but it is so heartening to know that almost 10,000 people have read my books!It was not that difficult to set up the book for e-publishing. Nor is it expensive. One of the perks of self-publishing is the author gets to make the decision about the cover art, the price, and the title. I've learned from experience that the most important thing is to find a really good editor to make sure you story is readable and free of typos.
