Hi Minki, it sounds like you are doing lots of good things to look after your health. It is important to talk to your doctor about the weight loss though as this may be caused by something else. Without knowing your usually weight and height it is difficult to know how significant the change is. However, 20 kg sounds like a lot, especially as most people tend to put on a little weight during the first six months on treatment.

As the mother to two teens, I can totally relate to this. Teens communicate is a different way!-.a way that we are not used to. I remember taking the family phone into my room when I was a teen. There was no privacy and always got in trouble for tying up the family phone line.

I was diagnosed with hiv in 2012, my cd4 count was 574 during my first test. At the clinic i was told to come after 12 months, i did so and my second cd4 count was 217, they then put me on treatment immediately. I would like to know whether hiv is curable or what? I also want to know that if i am on treatment i can pass the virus to my partner or what.
This is some righteous shit right here. Great.
